It does not constitute an offer, commitment or guarantee of financing, savings or approval. Figures such as "approvals in 24 hours" or "up to 95% advanced" describe typical or best-case program parameters that vary by applicant, lender and market conditions.

4. Not professional advice

Nothing on this site is legal, tax, accounting or investment advice. References to potential tax treatments (such as Section 179) are general observations; consult your own qualified advisors about your specific situation before acting.
