Six-figure machines, raw materials bought months ahead, and customers who pay in 60 — manufacturing ties up more capital per dollar of revenue than almost any industry. We untie it.

The Problem We Solve
Manufacturing locks money up at every stage: the machine that cost $400K, the raw stock bought a quarter ahead, the finished goods awaiting shipment, the invoice riding net-60. Growth multiplies each stage — which is why profitable manufacturers hit cash walls precisely when orders surge.
Our manufacturing programs finance each stage on its own terms: equipment against the asset, materials against the purchase order, receivables against your customers’ credit. The order book becomes the collateral it always should have been.
The Toolkit
From raw stock to paid invoice, each link in the chain has its instrument.
CNC machines, presses, packaging lines and robotics — up to 100% financed, new or used, terms to seven years.
Equipment financingA big order shouldn’t die for lack of raw stock. PO funding pays suppliers so you can accept the contract confidently.
Working capitalNet-60 customers, net-1 cash: up to 95% advanced on shipment, with your buyers’ credit doing the qualifying.
Invoice factoringFacility purchases, major capex and long-horizon growth at the lowest rates in lending — packaged by our SBA desk.

Who We Fund
Job shops, food processors, fabricators, packagers — if raw material enters one door and product leaves another, our lenders have funded your business model.
On the floor:
Questions, Answered
Yes — used, private-party and auction equipment is core territory. Lenders will value the machine by make, model, hours and tooling; strong assets fund at strong terms regardless of age.
When a big order exceeds your material budget, PO funding pays your suppliers directly against the confirmed order. You produce, ship and invoice; the facility settles from the proceeds. It converts your customer’s creditworthiness into your production capacity.
It’s our most common manufacturing stack: the machine financed against itself, receivables factored for operating cash. Each instrument secures its own collateral, so they coexist cleanly — and the combined cost is usually far below a general loan of equal utility.
Very — if that customer is creditworthy, their invoices are excellent collateral. Factoring pricing adjusts modestly for longer terms, and we’ll vet the payer’s credit for free before you extend more of it.
SBA 504 — roughly 10% down, fixed rates, 25-year terms for owner-occupied industrial property. Our SBA desk packages the whole file. Start the application below and flag facility purchase; we’ll route it.
No — exploring options uses a soft inquiry only. A hard pull happens only later, with your consent, once you choose a specific program.
